Mr. Ringisai Runyowa
Chief Executive Officer
Ringisai Runyowa is an Entrepreneur, Visionary Leader and Financial Strategist. He manages a diversified investment group with a portfolio spanning microfinance, payment service provision, remittances, real estate, property development, insurance and wealth management. His Financial Experience is in Bank Treasury Management, Investments Management, Financial Risk Management, Microfinance and Real Estate Management & Development. He is passionate about making an impact in society through entrepreneurship. In his business journey, he has received business awards: namely The 40U40 Most Influential Young Business Leader in Zimbabwe [ICDZ] - 2024, The Most Youth Friendly Microfinance of the Year Runner Up [ZAMFI] in 2024, Top 40U40 young CEO [CEOArt] and The National Business Titan Platinum Winner [Zim CEO Network] in 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Fiscal Studies and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from NUST, Zimbabwe, an MSc in Finance and Investments from UZ, a Bankers Diploma from IOBZ and a Real Estate Diploma from EACZ.

Tinashe Sitole is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise in financial services, accounting, and corporate finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Accountancy from Chinhoyi University of Technology. He is a member of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute and holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Short-Term Insurance. He has extensive experience in financial reporting and corporate governance, having led key initiatives including accounting system transformation and strengthening of internal controls.

Mr. Vunganai Chivore

Vunganai Chivore is a Zimbabwean legal practitioner, business leader, and governance professional with 16+ years of experience in law and leadership. He is the Founder & Senior Partner at Chivore and Partners Legal Practitioners / Chivore Dzingirai Group of Lawyers, where he manages a full-service firm focused on civil and criminal litigation, legal advice, training, and drafting. His areas of expertise include Corporate Law, International Investment & Trade, Human Rights, Constitutional, Mining, Intellectual Property, and Labour Law. He is also Listed Counsel on the African Court on Human & People’s Rights. Academically, he holds an LLBs (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA from NUST, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Peace, Leadership & Governance at Africa University and a Doctorate in Business Leadership at UNISA. Beyond legal practice, Vunganai has a strong track record in governance and organizational leadership. He currently serves on four boards, including as Chairman of Probfix Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, a microfinance company trading as Probfix Microfinance, and as Deputy Chair of Young People’s Dialogue, a national youth think tank. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe and the Law Society of Zimbabwe. Known for his ability to both lead and collaborate, he combines legal expertise with business administration to contribute to justice, corporate governance, youth development, and economic growth in Zimbabwe and the region.

Farai Chishiri is an accomplished financial services executive with over 20 years of experience across insurance, banking, investment management, and corporate finance. She brings expertise in strategy execution, governance, operational excellence, and business transformation. Currently serving as Service Assurance Executive at Zimnat Life Assurance, Farai provides strategic leadership in service delivery and operational performance. Her strong governance credentials, deep industry experience, and proven track record in driving organisational improvement enable her to provide effective board-level oversight while contributing to sustainable business growth and value creation. Beyond her professional career, Farai is passionate about women and youth empowerment, inclusive economic development, and transformational leadership. She is an author committed to inspiring individuals, strengthening institutions, and creating sustainable impact across communities and industries.
Mr. Prosper Gozho

Prosper Gozho has over fourteen years of banking experience in Credit, Corporate, SME banking, and Vehicle & Asset Financing. He has extensive hands-on experience in the marketing of banking products, loan origination, loan portfolio management, credit risk management, collections, recoveries and relationship management. He is also involved in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar energy. Prosper holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours (University of Zimbabwe), an MSc in Finance and Investments (NUST, Zimbabwe), a certificate in Bank Credit Management from Damelin (SA), and he completed the Foundation Leadership Development Program with the Gordon Institute of Business Studies (SA).
Ms. Natasha Lerato Sebata

Natasha Lerato Sebata is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Probfix Microfinance and a governance-focused executive with over 15 years experience across regulated healthcare, diagnostics and financial services environments. She serves on the Board’s Finance, Credit & Audit Committee and Human Resources Committee, contributing to strategic oversight, financial stewardship, enterprise risk management and sound corporate governance. In her executive capacity, Natasha leads a strategic business unit at The Avenues Clinic, where she has successfully established and scaled a high-performing pathology business while strengthening governance, financial performance and operational excellence. She brings experience in board reporting, capital investment oversight, enterprise risk management and organisational transformation. A holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's degree in Medical Microbiology, Natasha is a member in good standing of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IoDZ) and a graduate of its Future Directors Development Programme. She is recognised nationally for her contributions to corporate governance and leadership, including being named among the Most Influential 40 Under 40 Leaders (2026) by the Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe. Known for her integrity, independent judgement and collaborative leadership style, Natasha brings a balanced boardroom perspective that supports sustainable growth, prudent governance and long-term stakeholder value.
Mr. Munyaradzi Samhembere

Munyaradzi Mathew Samhembere is an Accountant, Business Consultant and Entrepreneur with over 7 years’ experience in accounting, taxation and business advisory. Samhembere is the Managing Director and Founder of Tielemans (Private) Limited, a business consultancy firm. Under his leadership, Tielemans (Private) Limited provides financial management, tax compliance and strategic advisory services to businesses operating in Zimbabwe and across the region. Samhembere Munyaradzi Mathew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Fiscal Studies from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), 2015. Munyaradzi is also an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified accountant. To strengthen my expertise in trade, I completed a Diploma in Customs Legislation & Procedures with the Shipping & Forwarding Agents' Association of Zimbabwe (SFAAZ) and holds a Certificate of Proficiency from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe.

Mrs. Runyowa is an HR practitioner with experience in manufacturing, retail, financial services and property markets. She also holds a diploma in Human Resource Development and a certificate in Labour Law from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ), and a Real Estate Diploma from EACZ.

Sharon R. Vambe-Rugonye (MBA, Bcom Marketing) is a proficient and dynamic professional with a demonstrable record of achievements, possessing over 18 years of sales and marketing experience in the telecoms services sector, 3 years in the financial services sector and 6 years in the agriculture sector in Zimbabwe. She strives to evolve as a high-impact sales and marketing individual, offering a diverse track record in building brands, brand recognition and sales momentum for corporate communication, business solutions and e-business solutions. She develops transformational and strategic solutions by leveraging market research, industry analysis and customer insights that anticipate and counter competitor actions, build customer loyalty and brand positioning for market-share leadership and dominance. She is also a proud mum of four beautiful children.
Miss Natsai Nhemachena

Natsai is a Harare-based development lawyer with an LLB Hons from the University of Zimbabwe. She specializes in property law, construction, estate planning, assist farmers with estate planning, with a focus on helping emerging farmers and property owners unlock value through sound legal and policy strategies. She currently works as an Associate at Vivian Matsa Law Offices and is Managing Director of Mercado Agency, while also consulting for Genesis SSA. With experience across private practice, corporate governance, and government advisory, she combines legal expertise with business development and market research. Natsai is an Insolvency Practitioner, member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and Council of Estate Administrators, and a former Committee Board Member for the Ministry of Youth. She’s passionate about sustainable development, public policy, and community legal education.

Recognised for her strategic mindset and results-driven leadership, she has successfully delivered integrated marketing, innovation and commercial initiatives that strengthen market competitiveness and create long-term value. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, consumer insights, digital transformation, brand development and corporate leadership. As a Director of Probfix, she provides strategic guidance that supports the company's growth, innovation and commitment to delivering practical business solutions. Valeria holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) in Marketing, and professional qualifications in Digital Marketing.
Mr. Simbarashe Mandenga
General Manager - Money Lending [ZM]
Simbarashe holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. He is also a Certified Expert in Microfinance, having trained with Frankfurt University in Germany. With 11 years of hands-on experience in the Microfinance sector across the SADC region, Simbarashe has worked extensively in both Zimbabwe and Zambia. His expertise covers financial strategy, microfinance operations, policy development, and sustainable lending models that drive financial inclusion. A results-driven finance professional, he combines strong academic training with practical regional experience to deliver impact in underserved.
Ms. Irene Madanhi

Irene Madanhi is an accountant by profession, with 30+ years’ experience in the financial services sector spanning from banking, wealth management and insurance. She has vast experience with audits both internal and external. Irene is a member of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe, Institute of Corporate Governance in Zimbabwe (formerly known as ICSAZ). She is also a holder of the Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and a Real Estate diploma from the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EAC).

Jabulani Chigaramasimbe is a motivated, result-oriented and investor-focused real estate professional with over 7 years of practical experience in the property business. His aim has always been to assist esteemed clients so that buying or selling property becomes exciting and not overwhelming. He helps individuals, families, investors and corporates make informed, profitable property decisions in a transparent, honest and professional manner. Matthew M. Chikanda is an accomplished professional in financial and management accounting with over 19 years of experience across treasury, tax, financial reporting, and operations in the automotive, FMCG, logistics, and retail hardware industries. He possesses extensive knowledge of Management Accounting principles and IAS/IFRS. He has a demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams, enhancing cash flow and working capital, improving tax compliance, and boosting operational performance. Skilled in budgeting, product costing and margin analysis, statutory compliance, and managing bank relationships. Acknowledged for developing scalable processes and policies, and producing data-driven outcomes that align with strategic goals. He holds an M.
